What Our Clients Say:
“Life-changing. Little CrossFit is more than just another gym. I signed up on a whim and it is the best decision I have made for both my physical and mental health. I am a better wife, mother, daughter and friend since joining. I’m not only fitter and stronger but happier in my own skin. Michelle is an amazing coach and everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Little CrossFit is definitely my happy place.” Lauren
“Amazing atmosphere. Fantastic Coaches. Supportive members, just like family. No mountain seems too high when you’re part of this brilliant tribe! Change your life and give it a go! Best decision I ever made.” Anj
“With small group sessions, the coaches are able to give you the individual advice to improve your form. Before Little CrossFit I worked out at home and constantly felt like I might injure myself by not doing a movement correctly. Since joining Little CrossFit I stand taller, feel fitter and enjoy the improvements I’m making each week, while getting stronger and leaner. With every challenge in life comes a fork in the road. When you look down the path at Little CrossFit, you will always see a rainbow of smiling welcoming faces, a support group, a shoulder to lean on and a family that will be there to lift you up when you need it most. There is no other place I would want to be than with this amazing tribe!” TJ
“I love the accountability, support and community spirit. It’s so nice to walk into a ‘gym’ and make a new friend nearly every time I train. I’m definitely not athletic, but I consistently surprise myself with improvement and personal bests. It’s so motivating and exciting!” Bec
“Little CrossFit truly is about the people. You become a part of a family that supports you on your good and bad days. Don’t question yourself or your ability – Michelle has selected you to become one of the family because she knows you are capable already. Just have a go, smile, laugh, and push yourself (even when you think you can’t go any further). You will love it, and the changes to yourself, inside and out!” Cara
“At Little CrossFit, you feel like you belong. No one judges you, and I love the positive encouragement from staff and team members. It’s an investment in your future. You gain so much out of it mentally, physically and socially. I’ve come so far in just 6 months and strongly recommend Little CrossFit to anyone who is ready to make a change in their life. You will be surprised what you are capable of doing when you have support, and put your heart and mind into it.” Edith
“The training produces results. I’m getting progressively stronger and have avoided injury. I also value the smaller class size, focus on good technique and the encouragement from the group when it gets tough.” Brett
“The support from coaches is great – everyone feels the pride when you reach your goals, but they’re there for the hard times too. I’m not alone in this and I feel comfortable telling my Little “family” my goals and shortfalls, because they don’t judge – they just give me the kick I need to get on with it and achieve it.” Lisa
“This place is amazing. A little gym with a big heart!” Jasmine
“There is no better place to train. It is so supportive and focuses on your health and well-being – a very holistic approach unlike any other gym I have been to before. The other members are open and encouraging, and you make life long friends. Get involved – we are all here for each other so enjoy being part of our great community.” Barnie
“At first I was a little scared but everyone is so encouraging and willing to help. I can’t imagine being anywhere else! It’s my home away from home and the members are like my family.” Dave
